All fondant cakes are masked with ganache (not buttercream) before being covered with fondant. This is critical for structure, aesthetic, and condensation control

Filling out the inquiry form is the first step toward making your special day sweetly unforgettable!
Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll follow up by email to learn more about your event and dessert needs. After we discuss your ideas and finalize the details, I’ll prepare a custom proposal and quote for your order.
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required before any cakes are added to my calendar. The remaining balance for celebration cakes is due 1 week before your event, while wedding cake balances are due 30 days prior to delivery.
I do my best to reply to all inquiries within 48–72 hours. Messages received Friday through Sunday are usually answered the following Monday. If you don’t see a response within that time frame, please check your junk or spam folder—sometimes sweet messages get misplaced!

A. Typically No! As strange as it sounds Elka Bee’s Bakery make custom theme cakes made to order.

A. Cupcakes, bar & brownies, Mini Tarts, Mini cheesecakes, Drop Cookies, Petites Desserts, Sandwich Cookies, Dessert Shooters and more.
Q. How can I get a Cake?
A. Our custom cakes requiere a quote request submission in order to provide a price based on servings, design and request details.
